Join us for twice-weekly Virtual POUND classes!  This class can be taken in your own home via Zoom.  

This exciting workout transforms drumming into an effective way of working out as it combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training. POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up, and rockin’ out!

The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeal to both men and women of all ages. Open to all fitness levels. Our instructor will be Heather Hartman, Certified POUND Pro and co-owner of Spinning Harts Dance Studio East.
