Utilizing a short self-assessment, participants will identify their own communication style and how it can be crafted to match others’ communication styles. Learn how to identify an individual’s communication style so you can shape what you say in order to get your message through to the other person. Participants will have the opportunity to play out and watch short demonstrations on how these styles interact.
Iris Jones is the Chief Business Development & Marketing Officer for McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC. Jones leads the firm’s business development and marketing team and works closely with firm management and members to expand the firm’s business by strengthening relationships with existing clients.
