The Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community is an annual fundraising walk that benefits local health and human service agencies.  HYP Parents is committed to help and walk for Healthy Steps Diaper Bank.  Healthy Steps Diaper Bank’s mission is to provide diapers to families in need to keep children in Central PA clean, dry, and healthy.

Additional Information:

• Walkers who raise $30+ will receive a shirt. You must be present at the walk to claim your shirt. (last year they stamped your hand when you picked up your shirt)
• All walkers who register for the Harrisburg walk by May 1, 2017 will receive a free ticket to a Harrisburg Islanders game (the soccer team). Tickets will be distributed at the walk.
• Highmark underwrites the cost of the event so that 100% of the money raised by Healthy Steps Diaper Bank’s teams comes to Healthy Steps to be used to improve the health of children in Central PA by enabling their families to have an appropriate supply of diapers.
