The CEO Roundtable Series is a special program series for HYP members only, which features CEOs from the Harrisburg region who will speak about their professional journey, lessons learned, struggles and successes, and provide insight to young professionals hoping to make their personal career path a success.
The fourth CEO Roundtable of 2017 will feature Charles Hooker, President and CEO of Keystone Human Services.
The event will be held on Friday, May 19th at 7:30am at the Hilton Harrisburg and is for members only.

About Charles:
Mr. Hooker is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Keystone Human Services. Mr. Hooker ensures that the operations and services of the organizations are compatible with and in support of the Board approved Vision, Mission, strategic initiatives and policies. His other responsibilities include strategic planning, supervisor of corporations and agencies, formation and oversight of management boards, fund raising, legislative relations, relations with funding sources and training.
Mr. Hooker is dedicated to ensuring that the quality of services and supports are continuously improving, and that the organization operates in compliance with regulatory, legal and contractual requirements. His primary responsibility is to assure that the organizations associated with Keystone are financially sound and operate in conformance with generally accepted accounting policies.
Mr. Hooker has over 39 years of professional experience in human services, 34 of which in administrative capacities. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer of hospitals that provided comprehensive inpatient psychiatric services. He has also served as the Executive Director for free-standing drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers. The last twenty years have been with Keystone Human Services.
Mr. Hooker received his Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare, with a minor in psychology, from Kutztown University, Kutztown, Pennsylvania. He earned his Master of Science in Management from Lesley University, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Mr. Hooker currently serves as a Board member of Keystone Autism Services, Keystone Service Systems, Key Human Services, Keystone Partnership, Keystone Human Services International and Keystone Human Services International Moldova Association. He serves as a Board member of Pennsylvania Advocacy and Resources for Autism and Intellectual Disabilities (PAR), and is a member of the Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association (RCPA).
