Come POUND with us! The class will be held upstairs at the Taphouse and then we will head downstairs after the class to enjoy some scrumptious brunch.
This exciting workout transforms drumming into an effective way of working out as it combines cardio, conditioning and strength training. POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!
The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to both men and women of all ages. Open to all fitness levels. Our instructor will be Heather Hartman, Certified POUND Pro and co-owner of Spinning Harts Dance Studio.
The Ripstix (lightly weighted drumsticks) will be provided to each student for the class. All you need to bring is a yoga mat and water. This workout can be done in sneakers or bare feet.
