Let’s go for a sunset walk along the Susquehanna River! This is a great opportunity to meet new people. Meet at the Peace Garden in Harrisburg City where Front St. meets Woodbine St. at the Peace Garden sign. Our walk will be about 3.5 miles total on the Capital Area Greenbelt. This is an easy paved trail. We will turn around near the Walnut Street pedestrian bridge and head back the way we came with open views of the sun setting over the river. We will end our walk at the Peace Garden where we started.
Dogs are welcome but must be friendly and leashed at all times. Sneakers and water are recommended.
