Additionally, she coaches companies and professionals on best practices for social media in sales, networking and hiring while also delivering presentations and workshops on the uses of social media, leadership and high performance. Throughout her career, she’s received a number of awards including the Life Sales Career Award, Rookie of the Year, Career Life Producer Award, Centurian, and the Life Foundation award.
Jenifer is passionate about helping others to overcome self-limiting beliefs and also about inspiring professionals to challenge themselves to perform at high levels in order to accomplish things previously assumed impossible.

The HYP’s “How It’s Built in the ‘Burg” series is a new program held every other month. The series is based on the popular NPR Podcast “How I Built This” about innovators, entrepreneurs, and idealists, and the stories behind the companies they have built. With a host of our own, HYP will pull in local entrepreneurs and business founders from the Central PA Area to share their triumphs, failures, serendipity, and insight. Guests are invited to network prior to the event with a cash bar and appetizers. This will be a program that you do not

Join HYP’s Marketing & PR committee for their monthly meeting! The purpose of the Marketing/PR Committee is to develop all HYP marketing and public relations strategies and coordinate all activities related thereto which are not otherwise within the purview of any other Committee. Volunteer committee members help plan and coordinate the marketing and public relations efforts for HYP, and gain hands-on experience with marketing for a large organization.
