About Brittany & Studio B:

Her classes are challenging, but fun, and will leave you feeling energized and empowered. Brittany’s specialty is a power vinyasa flow that can be modified for all levels. Her classes are intended to increase strength and flexibility, decrease stress and anxiety, and improve balance and mobility. To Brittany, yoga is not only a great exercise physically, but an empowering tool for transformation. She incorporates ancient yoga philosophy into her classes and encourages students to tap into their authentic selves and be up to bigger things.

Brittany will be teaching an All-Levels Vinyasa Flow class which is a powerful form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting breath to movement. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance and mobility work in addition to breath and meditation. The purpose is to link the breath, mind and movement in a way that not only improves physical fitness, but also enhances focus and decreases stress. This style of yoga is designed for all levels and can be modified depending on a student’s needs and abilities.
