Join us for some amazing Virtual POUND classes! This class can be taken in your own home via Zoom.

Our instructor will be Heather Hartman, Certified POUND Pro and co-owner of Spinning Harts Dance Studio East.

This exciting workout transforms drumming into an effective way of working out as it combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training. POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up, and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeal to both men and women of all ages. Open to all fitness levels.

Join us for an energizing and fun POWER CORE class!
Our instructor will be Heather Hartman, Certified instructor and co-owner of Spinning Harts Dance Studio East.
This class is for all fitness levels consisting of specific moves, sequences, and routines put together for a great abdominal workout. If you want to tone or improve strength, this class will be a great alternative to the gym since it can be taken in your own home via Zoom!

Come join us for the first hike of 2021! Detweiler Park is a biologically diverse park consisting of 400 acres. The trails wind through gardens, fields, meadows, evergreen plantations, and mature deciduous forests.
We will hike a loop of 4.5 miles. This will be an easy to moderate hike depending on fitness level. Easy terrain and minimal elevation gain. Meet at the trailhead at 11 a.m.

There is a free parking lot next to the trailhead.
Dogs are welcome but must be friendly and leashed at all times.
Wear weather-appropriate clothing, sneakers, or hiking boots and bring plenty of water/snacks. Bug spray and sunscreen are recommended.
Due to COVID-19 there will be no carpooling. Please bring a mask to wear at any points during the walk where social distancing would not be possible. Do not attend if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, or live with someone who has or is being tested for COVID-19.

RSVP FOR THE HIKE

The first HYP hike of 2018 will be at Clarence Schock Memorial Park at Governor Dick Environmental Center on Saturday, June 30, 2018.

Our carpool group will meet at 10:00 AM in front of the parking garage at City Island, will leave promptly at 10:30 AM, arriving at the center at around 11:15 AM. Clarence Schock Memorial Park at Governor Dick is an 1105-acre stewardship forest and nature center nestled in the woods of Mt. Gretna, Pa. The park has 15 miles of trails and features a 360-degree-view observation tower. We will hike a roughly 5-mile route to be determined by the group.

Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and suitable footwear. Packing some water and a light snack is also advised. Leashed dogs are welcome!
