About Elizabeth:
Suits to Careers, Inc., dba Dress for Success South Central PA and Tied to Success, welcomes new CEO, Elizabeth Vincent. Liz brings over 25 years of business and management experience – the last 18 being in the nonprofit sector.
Her prior posts include Director of Development and Marketing, statewide, with Volunteers of America; Feed the Children in Oklahoma City, where she managed an 11-state territory as Regional Director of Major Gifts for the East Coast; then served as Sr. International Program Officer, liaising between headquarters and managing 11 country directors. This post included international travel for funding for programs and strategic partnership procurement.
A detail oriented and passionate nonprofit professional who has, over the last 18 years in this industry, garnered a vast array of skills. Areas of expertise include: organizational management; grants (researching, writing and management); major gifts (local, regional and national); event planning and execution; fund development; annual giving; planned giving; strategic planning; board relations; volunteer outreach/management as well as marketing, branding, promotions and communications.
Likewise, the environments in which Liz has built these skills extend from community-based service providers to international organizations addressing global concerns.
To date, she has raised over $9.3 Million for various nonprofits.
A Connecticut native, Liz has lived all over the country – from North Carolina and California, to Texas and Oklahoma City and feels that one of her strengths is her ability to communicate with and connect to people from all walks of life. She currently lives near Harrisburg with her 18-year-old daughter – a budding and talented writer, and their beast of a cat.

About Sharon:
With the goal to create a forward-thinking and community-focused business, Sharon acquired Dasher, Inc., in 2009 as the platform to launch an aggressive transformation plan. Sharon transformed Dasher from a shipping and mailing production line environment to a data-driven customer contact services operation focused on communicating about Medicaid and related programs to insurers, providers and subscribers.
Prior to purchasing Dasher, Inc., Sharon was the President and COO of PMSCO Healthcare Consulting, where she led the executive team for a subsidiary of the Pennsylvania Medical Society specializing in the strategic use of data.
Sharon has a long service record supporting both commerce and the community of Central Pennsylvania. She is chair of the Capital Region Economic Development Corporation and is immediate past chair of the United Way of Capital Region Annual Campaign that raised more than $12 million. Sharon holds an MBA from William Howard Taft University, graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and holds Pennsylvania agent licenses for life, health, annuities, property and casualty.

About Patti:
In March 2007, Ms. Husic led a team of shareholders to acquire and establish Centric Bank and Centric Financial Corporation, where she now serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to taking the leadership role at Centric, Ms. Husic joined Vartan Bank, serving as Executive Vice President, COO & CFO. She was appointed President in July 2005, distinguishing her as the first woman in the Harrisburg region to hold that title at a financial institution. Before rising to leadership at Centric Bank, Patti was a member of the executive management team at Pennsylvania State Bank where she successfully directed the accounting, finance, and management information systems for 14 years. She brings 28 years of experience in the banking industry. As Chair of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association in 2013, she is only the third female in 120 years to hold that prestigious leadership position. Ms. Husic was recognized by American Banker as one of The 25 Women to Watch in Banking for the years 2011, 2013, and 2014. A graduate of Temple University where she earned her BBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems, Ms. Husic is also a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

About Dr. Ski:
John J. “Ski” Sygielski, Ed.D., became the seventh president of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, in July 2011. His previous appointments include president of Mt. Hood Community College in Gresham, Oregon, and president of Lord Fairfax Community College in Middletown, Virginia. He began his professional career as a teacher in a Chicago inner city school followed by a stint as a corporate trainer for two Fortune 500 companies. He transitioned to a community college career at College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois where he began his community college administration and college teaching career.
Ski is the past chairman of the board for the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) and AACC’s 21st-Century Commission on the Future of Community Colleges. He is currently a member of Harrisburg Rotary and serves on the boards of the Harrisburg Boys and Girls Club, Harrisburg Chamber of Commerce and Pennsylvania’s Workforce Investment Board.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy, two master’s degrees in business and a doctorate in education, as well as an honorary associate degree.
Ski, and his husband, Steve Perrault, are residents of Harrisburg, Pa. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, he is an avid bicyclist and the only member of his working-class family to graduate from college.
