DESCRIPTION:Don’t miss out on a night of wellness with HYP and TFEC! Yoga in the Grove will feature an all-levels yoga class\, food trucks\, healthy smoothies and will help to raise funds for the EPP Program’s grant making initiatives. Minimum donation of $10 requested.\nLearn more and sign up here \n  \nAlison Lintal\, the only Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher in South Central PA\, is offering an Iyengar Yoga basics class for the greater Harrisburg community. Iyengar Yoga\, known for its emphasis on proper alignment\, relies on the use of props – such as blocks\, blankets\, belts\, bolsters and chairs and detailed instructions to allow for longer holds in the asana which serve to awaken the body’s intelligence. It is accessible for students of all ages and physical conditions. This class is appropriate for new students as well as those who have yoga experience\, but are new to the Iyengar method.
