SUMMARY:Bird Walk and Wildwood Park Cleanup with Appalachian Audubon Society
DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, September 11th\, HYP and the Appalachian Audubon Society will team up to help during Wildwood’s Volunteer Work Day and enjoy a beautiful bird walk along the path at Wildwood. The bird walk\, guided by the Appalachian Audubon Society\, will begin at 8:30 AM outside the Olewine Nature Center. We will enjoy the many diverse species of birds often found at the park\, from waterfowl to songbirds. We will then participate in Wildwood’s Volunteer Work Day from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Wear comfortable work clothes and take a water bottle\, and if you have a pair of binoculars\,\nbring them along for the bird walk. \nPlease RSVP if you plan to attend by pre-registering at https://explorewildwoodpark.org/event/volunteer-work-day-5/\nAn email RSVP to beautification@hyp.org is also suggested.
