DESCRIPTION:The HYP Economic Development Committee will be partnering with Harrisburg\nUniversity and featured guest speaker Mark Sussman from Strategic Business\nGroup for our next Professional Development event of the year. \nMark collaborates with business owners & CEOs on their path to where they\nwant to be. This process starts with intently listening to clearly understand these\nleaders’ goals\, working to formulate plans to achieve these goals\, and then\nregularly meeting to continually renew their perspective and hold these leaders\naccountable to the goals they set. \nSince each of these leaders’ circumstances are different\, Mark recognizes that\nthe most effective solutions originate from the owner’s or CEO’s own\nexperiences and ideas. Mark’s proprietary process is designed to work closely\nwith these leaders to quickly and accurately identify the pertinent issues and\nprovide guidance in developing practical solutions leading to their success. \nMark offers guidance that engenders long-term professional and personal\nsuccess to many impactful leaders in the Harrisburg region and will be sharing\nhis expertise in this professional development series.\nThis event is free to HYP members.
