SUMMARY:After-Work Walk - Italian Lake/Capital Area Greenbelt
DESCRIPTION:Let’s go for an after-work walk along the beautiful Italian Lake and the Capital Area Greenbelt! This is a great opportunity to socialize and unwind. Meet at the north entrance of Italian Lake on Edward St. at 6pm. (Where Susquehanna St. meets Edward St.) The walk will begin at 6:10pm. Our walk will be about 4 miles total. This is an easy paved trail. We will turn around when we hit Reily St. and head back the way we came. We will end our walk at Italian lake where we started. \nDogs are welcome but must be friendly and leashed at all times. Sneakers and water are recommended. Parking can be found on Edward St. and surrounding residential streets. \nContact Amy Bennetch via amyjbennetch1020@gmail.com to RSVP. Text 717-585-3312 if you don’t see us at the meeting spot\, running late or would like to be texted an exact pin of our meeting spot. Your RSVP is strongly recommended so that you can be contacted if anything changes or if this walk is canceled. \nDue to COVID-19\, there will be no carpooling. Please bring a mask to wear at any point\nduring the walk where social distancing would not be possible. Do not attend if you\nhave any symptoms of COVID-19\, been in contact with\, or live with someone who has\nor is being tested for COVID-19.
