SUMMARY:Walk on the Wild side at Wildwood Lake!
DESCRIPTION:Let’s go for a walk after work! Come out and meet new friends while getting some exercise in nature. Wildwood Park conveniently located on the outskirts of Harrisburg. This public park is a haven for countless species of flora and fauna natural to our area\, some endangered. Meet in front of the Benjamin Olewine III Nature Center (southeast corner of the park/Lower lot) at 6 pm. We will begin our walk promptly at 6:10 pm. Text Amy Moore-Bennetch at 717-585-3312 if you don’t see the group or are running late. Text Amy if you would like a pin of the exact meeting place. \nThe walk around the lake will be about 3 miles. The terrain is a paved path\, mostly flat with minimal elevation change. It’s recommended that you bring water and wear sneakers. \nYour RSVP to Amy Moore-Bennetch at amyjbennetch1020@gmail.com is strongly encouraged so that you can be contacted of any changes. Due to COVID-19\, there will be no carpooling. Please bring a mask to wear at any point during the walk where social distancing would not be possible.
