Virtual POUND Class
Join us for twice-weekly Virtual POUND classes! This class can be taken in your own home via Zoom. This exciting workout transforms drumming into an effective way of working out as it combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training. POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up, and rockin’ out!
