Look up in the sky! It’s a bird! It’s a plane! No, it’s the HYP Book Club’s Superman meeting. This month, in response to the release of the big blue boyscout’s latest cinematic adventure, we will be reading three of the greatest comics ever written staring the Man of Steel; ‘Superman: Birthright’ by Mark Waid and Leinil Francis Yu, ‘Superman: Up in the Sky’ by Tom King and Andy Kubert, and ‘All-Star Superman’ by Grant Morrison. These stories cover everything from the his origin to his final adventure. Read all, some, or none of these stories and then come join us for our discussion of one of the most iconic characters in all of fiction.
