Larry Binda from TheBurg will talk about how his newspaper has flourished, and counter some of the misconceptions about the death of print advertising.
Larry Binda is the founder, co-publisher and editor-in-chief of TheBurg, an award-winning community magazine based in Harrisburg. Larry worked at newspapers in Washington, D.C., and New Jersey, then spent a decade writing about information technology before launching TheBurg in 2008. He holds a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the George Washington University.
