Come join us for a relaxing 3-mile nature walk around gorgeous Memorial Lake! Memorial Lake is a State Park that consists of 230 acres and sits near the base of Blue Mountain providing many beautiful panoramic views of the lake and mountains.
This is an easy loop walk made up of flat trails through woods and some paved surfaces. Minimal elevation gain.
Meet at Green Way Outdoors Boat Rental stand where you see the kayaks at 10am. There are several parking lots. We are meeting at the large lot that is located on Middle Rd. (Off Boundry Rd.) Text 717-585-3312 if you would like to be texted a pin of the meeting spot.
Dogs are welcome but must be friendly and leashed at all times.
Wear weather-appropriate clothing, sneakers, and plenty of water/snacks. Sunscreen is recommended.
Due to COVID-19, there will be no carpooling. Please bring a mask to wear at any point during the walk where social distancing would not be possible. Do not attend if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, been in contact with, or live with someone who has or is being tested for COVID-19.
