Come tuck with HYP & Pure Barre at Cafe 1500! Join Jaimie for a special pop-up class that will lift, tone, and burn your body before you enjoy a delicious brunch! All fitness levels are welcome as this is a low impact workout.

- It is $30 per person, which includes the Class, appetizers, juice, and brunch (alcohol not included)
- If you are new to Pure Barre, arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork
Tuck is one of the most common terms you will hear throughout the class. The teacher will explain the technique before starting and exactly what motion you are trying to create. Pure Barre is a musically driven low impact workout that focuses on isolating small muscle to help lean and tone your body. They utilize a ballet barre but at the pop-up Jaimie will just focus on using our own body weight to create our burn.
