Harrisburg Young Professionals Held Its 4th Annual 20 In Their 20s Awards

HARRISBURG, Pa. (12/8/22) – On Wednesday, November 9th Harrisburg Young Professionals (HYP) celebrated its 4th annual 20 in Their 20s award night at the Hilton Harrisburg honoring 20 rising professionals in Central PA. Honorees were selected in August 2022 from over 50 submissions and were featured in the October issue of TheBurg. These young leaders from industry, culture, and civic life are making a meaningful impact in their communities and workplaces:

  • Jordan Baker – Senior Environmental Consultant at FTI Consulting.
  • Melissa Buchanan – Interior Designer at Beers + Hoffman Architecture
  • Austin Bush – Wealth Advisor at Members 1st
  • Kelly Kundratic – Director of Agriculture Policy and Programs at Team Pennsylvania Foundation
  • Angela Linton – Annual Giving Specialist at Children’s Miracle Network at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital
  • JK McKay – Director of Community Relations at the Harrisburg Senators
  • Kristian Beverly – Marketing Coordinator at Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania 
  • Audrey Steppy – Cash Management Account Manager at Mid Penn Bank
  • Davis Holliday – Founder & Cinematographer for Searcher Films
  • Derek Witmer – Teacher at Central Dauphin School District
  • Jenny Cheng – Graphic Designer for Advancement at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology
  • Kevin DiGuiseppe – Business Policy & Advocacy Manager at the Harrisburg Regional Chamber and CREDC
  • Aaron Dimick – Associate with Ridge Policy Group 
  • Abreham Kittel – Policy Developer and Research Specialist for the Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Caucus
  • Maria Meizoso – Gift Officer for Four Diamonds at Penn State College of Medicine
  • Emily Seratch – Contract Specialist for the Naval Supply Systems Command, Weapon Systems Support
  • Kristen Pucci – Founder & CEO of KRAE Consulting
  • Amie Bantz – Artist
  • Kate Haywood – Earned Media Team Lead at WebFX

In addition to celebrating 20 of Harrisburg’s rising “doers” at the event, HYP also announced its 2023 Executive Board and incoming President, Olivia Edwards Rindfuss. Olivia works as a Senior Associate at Triad Strategies and served as HYP’s vice president in 2022.

All proceeds from the 20 In Their 20’s awards ceremony support HYP annual programming.
