Games will be played at a NEW location, the Armory fields near the intersection of Maclay Street and 15th Street. Also, NEW this year, HYP Flag Football will have two divisions, competitive and fun. After registration is closed, captains will be contacted to chose divisions.
The league will consist of 7 weeks in the regular season. The manner of play (i.e. number of players on the field, length of game) will be similar to the 2009 season and may be viewed at http://www.hyp.org/sports/football/rules
The registration fees per player are $40 for HYP members or $50 for non-members. This year your registration fee will include paid referees. You will have to pay no additional referee fees during the regular season or playoffs. No participants will be required to referee during the regular season or playoffs.
If a player is joining as part of a team, please indicate during the registration process the name of the team's captain. All individual players who are not part of a team are strongly encouraged to register, and the Sports Committee will join you with other players.
Please do not forget to indicate your t-shirt size when registering.
Registration for the Fall 2010 Co-Ed Football League closes August 27, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. No late registrations will be accepted.
This season will also have on-line waivers! After you have registered, please fill out our electronic waiver here.
Once we have a record of you filling out the electronic waiver, you will not need to fill one out on the first day of the season at the fields.
The captains meeting will be held at 6:00 PM on September 14th, please watch for an e-mail with the location.
