The Eastern Sports & Outdoor Show at the PA Farm Show Complex and Expo Center

The Hershey Harrisburg Regional Visitors Bureau (HHRVB) is looking for volunteers to represent the region (and HYP) at their tourism booth during the Eastern Sports & Outdoor Show at the PA Farm Show Complex and Expo Center from Feb. 6-14, 2010. In addition to answering questions about the region, distributing visitor guides, and keeping the booth clean & secure --- the bureau will be asking volunteers at the booth to assist in driving attendees to enter to win a grand prize courtesy of the HHRVB. HYP volunteers can also display HYP materials at the booth. This will be a great way to promote the City through regional tourism and HYP. Three hour shifts available are as follows: 2/9 at 4 p.m.; 2/11 at 4pm; 2/12 at 4 p.m.; and 2/13 at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., or 3 p.m. If you'd like to volunteer, please contact outreach@hyp.org.
