Make way for HYP Book Club’s Book and Movie Event – “Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children!” The book/movie are about a teenage boy who discovers clues to a mystery that spans alternate realities and times, and uncovers a secret refuge known as Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children.  As he finds out about them and their ‘weird’ abilities, he begins to discover his own identity.

First we’ll meet at the Harrisburg (East) Mall Regal/Great Escape at the showtime closest to noon to watch the film.

Then we’ll roll over to the Midtown Scholar at 3:00 (or thereabouts) to discuss the book and the movie. There will be more information on movie times closer to the movie; check the Regal site (http://www.regmovies.com/Movies) and the event page on facebook for details.
