Roommate needed for a newly renovated Olde Uptown rowhouse. You will have your own room and large bathroom on the second floor. The house has a washer/dryer, all less than one year old appliances, a finished backyard, DirectTV, internet and off-street parking. Rent is $525/month with one month's security deposit. All utilities are split in half with the exception of DirectTV if you order anything special, want premium sports packages or channels, that sort of thing. I have two cats currently, so you must be cat friendly. I would be willing to welcome another well behaved feline into the house. I am pretty clean, and work a daytime job, so need someone who is not going to be up causing a racket all night long during the week, that sort of thing.
