Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean of Planning and Analysis of Student Outcomes, the coordinator will be a creative, innovative, and results- driven individual with the desire to work with a leadership team that is building a renewable pipeline for college success and launching the next generation of leaders.The coordinator will oversee F&M College Prep, a pre-collegiate summer program for high school students. In addition, the coordinator will organize and support activities for Cohort Learning Communities that currently include Posse and F&M College Prep alumni who enroll at F&M. TheBurg is a monthly newspaper for the greater Harrisburg area (www.theburgnews.com). TheBurg is looking for an Advertising Sales Assistant to work under the Sales Manager. He or she will be responsible for understanding TheBurg's advertising rates, demographics, distribution, specs, and sales tracking. He or she will work independently and seek potential advertisers. All potential advertisers will be discussed with Sales Manager. In addition, the Assitant will do some clerical work (mailing, putting together media kits, and delivering the publication to advertisers). He or she must have their own car. Responsibilities include:
· Working with the Associate Director to recruit all F&M Works community placements and student interns.
· Managing and assuring positive and mutually beneficial community partnerships.
· Overseeing and assessing student and community impact through the F&M Works program. Creating assessment tools to measure the impact of the program.
· Establishing a professional development program for F&M Works students to promote the effectiveness of their contributions, as well as support enhanced learning.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have earned a minimum of bachelor’s degree and will have at least three years of experience in working with community partners in an employment capacity and/or working with students to promote experiential learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge base regarding Lancaster community organizations and a successful performance record of developing and enhancing mutually beneficial partnerships.
This position requires the ability to independently lead initiatives to a successful completion; strong attention to detail; excellent organization abilities; knowledge of employment laws; ability to create effective assessment tools and measure the impact of programs; and demonstrated relationship building skills.

Requirements: Minimum requirements include a Bachelors Degree and at least 5 years of experience in accounting and payroll processing or management, to include the use of various computer software products. Preference will be given to applicants with a Master's degree in a related discipline, CPA designation, and Banner software experience.
