The Pennsylvania Young Professionals is the network of YP groups in our state, the first such statewide group in the nation. HYP took a leadership position in the formation of PaYP with Team Pennsylvan!a Foundation
(TeamPA.com) and a handful of our state's YP groups. Since 2004 PaYP it has grown to a network of over 2 dozen groups, some of which sought PaYP's assistance in forming!
PaYP's Leadership Committee has committed to pursue the following goals:
Establish one statewide voice for talented young people Communicate issues to legislators and business leaders, resulting in a climate suited to the attraction and retention of talented young people Share "best practices" among regional groups Serve as a powerful marketing tool for Pennsylvania Battle "brain drain" from a peer-perspective Address economic development issues
